If you have forgotten your business user ID:
  • Send a request to customer service at customerservicemail.com to send your business user ID to you by e-mail.
  • Call customer service at 1-888-555-5555 to ask a representative to tell you your business user ID.
If you have forgotten your password:
  • If you are a Level 2 User or Level 3 User, please contact a user of higher authority to set a new password for you.
  • If you are the Level 1 User and have forgotten your password, send a request to customer service to generate a new password. You'll receive the new password through the U.S. mail.
  • If you are a Level 1 User and still remember the original password you chose when you first enrolled, call customer service at 1-888-555-5555 to reset your current password to the original one. If you do not remember your original password, please click the link above to send a request for a new password.
