| Authorized
users can contact customer service on your behalf. These users'
names are not listed on payments. Customer service never gives
out information about your CheckFree WebPay for Small Business
account to anyone but you or an authorized user that you have
added.
Some CheckFree
WebPay for Small Business functionality can be accessed only
if the user's authority level matches or surpasses a certain
level. This enables you to control which users can perform potentially
sensitive functions of the business. These are the authority
levels:
Level
1The Level 1 user is the individual who enrolled for
the service and who is ultimately responsible for the business's
account. The Level 1 user has full access to all product functionality.
Level
2A Level 2 user has full access to the product's payment
functions. A Level 2 user can schedule and initiate payments,
as well as approve payments set up by a Level 3 user.
Level
3A Level 3 user has restricted access to product functionality.
A Level 3 user can set up and schedule payments, but the payments
must be approved by another user of higher authority in order
to be initiated and processed.
